New in 2025, the Docketbook App streamlines the process for creating dockets to make it easier and more accurate for your teams in the field.
Get startedBook a demoA simple home page shows assigned jobs and dockets created. It’s the ‘what’s important to me today’ view. To get started on creating a new docket, simply tap the big plus button and, based on your permissions and assigned work, you’ll be guided down the best path for creating a docket from an Order, Job, or even from another Docket.
The process for creating a docket builds in both the tab-based form and wizard-based experience that our users have been asking for years. Add to this a simple swipe navigation to move between pages and an all-inclusive summary on the signature page, and this app delivers an experience that is second to none.
Australia is a big country and our mobile networks don’t cover everything. Built from the ground up to support offline use, the Docketbook app enables you to create dockets from orders or jobs, complete the docket, and collect signatures before saving offline. Once you’re back online, you can send the docket.
The new operator app is designed for ‘point and shoot’ operation, meaning that field workers can be up and running faster, with less effort from those around them, which is often your own field supervision. Building on the rules in the new SmartDockets feature can further simplify the user experience, meaning that you get the data you need and can rely on its accuracy.
The Site Manager app is designed specifically for receiving, signing, coding, and accepting dockets in the field. Using powerful filters, your site teams can create an ‘inbox’ of their dockets and then manage them through the workflow of signing, filing, and accepting, based on permissions. We are excited for what 2025 holds for this app as it grows into a full Site Diary – watch this space!
With more and more projects being undertaken in remote locations and Australia’s mobile network coverage often not able to keep up, the requirement for your suppliers to create dockets offline, get them signed, then send at the end of the day has never been more apparent. The updated version of the app allows complete offline functionality, ensuring that limited network connectivity does not hinder the swift exchange of docket information.
