Docketbook Ingestion

Receiving Dockets via PDF? Work with our OCR partners to feed this data to our Ingestion Engine. Docket data is extracted from the PDF, sent to the ingestor and delivered as a digital docket just like any other. The aim is to create a single, consistent user experience for your site staff and a single digital data channel for your systems.

For your Suppliers

Docketbook’s Ingestion Service can be deployed on either side of the company divide. The benefit of your suppliers utilising the Ingestion Service is that they generate a shared view of the docket available to support invoicing.

Integration and APIs

Our suite of public APIs enables the creation of Projects, populated with data such as cost codes, and the creation of users and orders. When docket data arrives, it is linked to line items on orders, enabling integration to your ERP.
