When Purchase Orders or Subcontracts are created in your ERP, they are pushed to Docketbook complete with line items, quantities, rates, and reference numbers. This structure ultimately ensures that the dockets linked to these orders will share the same reference information.

Suppliers simply link their resources to your order line items to create their dockets. The order effectively maps the supplier resources to your line items to ensure that the data is structured for success.

PO Receipts without a key of data entry

When dockets are submitted and approved for the project, they are immediately sent to your ERP as a PO Receipt, with each line including a cost code, PO Number, Line Number, Quantity, and Date. This rapid flow of information begins to fulfil the promise of your ERP being an accurate representation of costs in real time, rather than just at the end of the month. All without keying a line of data.

Reconciled Invoices as Data

Much like the idea of e-Invoicing, Docketbook provides an invoice in JSON format, instead of relying on an OCR interpretation of a PDF document.
